Automation Solution for the Printing and Publishing Industry

TCA designed and built these robust air tables to withstand the rigors of continuous use in a printing industry application. Fabricated from structural steel, the tables feature 3/4" thick tops made from black nacolite, chosen because of its durability and low friction properties. The combination of precisely drilled air vents, one-way, spring checked, ball valve nozzles, and a 200-240/400-480 VAC, 3-phase blower guarantees accurate, uniform airflow. The tables also feature leveler feet that enable ±2" work height adjustment.

Working closely with the customer, our mechanical design team created the 3D model for these tables, which were manufactured and assembled entirely in-house. Shop-tested for six hours to ensure they operated according to specification, they were delivered to the customer, along with operating and maintenance manuals, in a short 10 weeks after the order was placed.
